Located on the sunny holiday island of Tenerife in a small Spanish town of Tabaiba Baja, near the capital Santa Cruz.  

This 3 Bedroom Apartment has been used as a family holiday apartment for more than 20 years.  The Apartment complex is situated on the seafront and access to the sea is only a few steps away.  The town is a quiet mainly Spanish community.  In recent years Tabaiba Baja has been used extensively by scuba divers.  There is a small scuba school based in the apartment block neighbouring Jardin del Mar.

There are a number or bars and restaurants in Tabaiba and some within the apartment complex itself.  There is an outdoor swimming pool which is filled by the sea and a rocky volcanic beach.

The neighbouring town of Radazul has a busy small harbour with mooring for boats and waterskis.

Jardin del Mar does have its own recreational sports club, with an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, gym and various other facilities.  Membership of this club does not attach to the apartment for sale and would be on an individual basis.

Accommodation

The apartment complex in accessed either from the 7th floor which leads to the main road and the private garages, or from the Ground Floor which gives access to the seafront and a public car park.  Both entrances are secure and require keys to access.

Entrance Hallway

The apartment is on the third floor of the second phase of apartments.  It is accessed through a solid wood front door.  Electricity meter and fusebox.  The floor is tiled with white floor tiles throughout the apartment.

Living Area

The living area consists of a kitchen area & a sitting/dining room area.  The kitchen area is separated from the rest of the room by a breakfast bar and a doorway.
